Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is very simple. Returns are accepted as store credit only within 7 days of courier delivery time.
How to process a return?
- Contact us at either of the two options below to start the process.
- Ship the item back to us in the condition you received it.
- If the item you purchased was NEW, it must still be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
- If the item you purchased was USED, it must be returned in the same state you received it.
- Shipping is at your cost for each return initially. If item was received damaged or not as described condition, your return shipping charges will be applied to the credit as well.
- Upon receiving the return, we will review the return and apply your credit to your online account.
- Done! Now you can use your credit inside your account to purchase anything else you like and apply it to your total at any time.
