Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted on a per item basis. Some items we sell will be AS-IS and can be exchanged only.

Returns are available for buyers remorse and for damaged items on a world-wide basis. If the item was shipped to you, you are responsible to get it back to the store either by shipping or in person.

Refunds will need to be approved on a physical basis at first to ensure 1) same item as purchased is being returned, 2) item is in exact condition from time of sale.

Modified items, broken items from purchaser, or other wise modified (gaming consoles, torches, etc) must be in same condition at time of sale. User modifications will not be returned and item will be forfeit if you ship back in a different state than sold.

Please understand these terms before you request a refund. Refunds are given after item has been investigated that it was in fact the item sold. Serial numbers are logged as are conditional states in our back end database.
